Alexandra Zrinski-Mora serves as General Manager for Moon by The Bastion Collection.

She began her hospitality career behind the bar at La Cantera Resort & Spa in San Antonio and went on to pursue Culinary Arts both academically and operationally. Over the years, Alexandra has gained experience across every facet of Food & Beverage - from leading the line at the James Beard-nominated Cured at Pearl to managing front-of-house operations at multiple properties since 2015.

Her experience includes multi-unit leadership, opening training for Forbes-rated hospitality groups, and fostering strong community relationships throughout San Antonio and Austin. Before joining The Bastion Collection, she oversaw Food & Beverage operations at the Michelin Keyed Hotel ZaZa in Houston’s Museum District.
