A new residency has landed at Moon.

This summer, Moon welcomes Hidden Omakase, Houston’s first Michelin-recommended sushi restaurant, for a dining experience unlike anything else in the city.

Step into the Champagne Room for an immersive counter experience unfolding through Hidden’s celebrated tasting menus. With only twelve seats per seating, guests are invited to an intimate evening of discovery, conversation, and craftsmanship.
