Step into the Champagne Room for an immersive counter experience unfolding through Hidden’s celebrated tasting menus. With only twelve seats per seating, guests are invited to an intimate evening of discovery, conversation, and craftsmanship.

On Sunday, June 14, witness Hidden Omakase’s Executive Chef Marcos Juarez present a live bluefin tuna breakdown at the counter. Take a front-row seat to the craftsmanship behind each cut, accompanied by a series of dishes created exclusively for the evening.
